This year our 16th Annual Christmas on Main parade and event will be held on Friday December 1, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you would like to participate in the parade with a float you will need to arrive at First Baptist Church 47 N Main by 5:30 p.m.
We will have horse drawn wagon rides, lazer kraze, petting zoo. Several businesses will be staying open late to serve light refreshments. The library will also be open to serve light refreshments. There will be chili served by Brook's Meats, hot dogs by the Good Gals and plenty of cookies! Santa will be at the Senior Center to visit with children and for photo opportunities.
Solid Rock Church located at 74 N Main will have a Live Nativity.

The City of Walton passed an ordinance, 2015-12 Section Two that states, If the customer's water and sewer bill has been paid in full before the past due date for twelve (12) consecutive months, the customer may request in writing that the City refund the customer's deposit. If the customer's deposit is refunded, and subsequently the customer's water and sewer bill is not paid before the past due date, the City may again require payment of the deposit.
