The City of Walton and Classic Country WNKR, 106.7 present the 37th Annual Old Fashion Day. The celebration begins on Friday evening with a family movie at Walton Community Park. Then on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. the OFD Parade, honoring our Vietnam Veterans, kicks off the days' activities. Classic Country WNKR will be broadcasting live following the parade until 5 p.m. An exciting day is planned with entertainment for all ages. Free petting zoo and inflatable obstacle course for the and free horse and wagon rides for everyone. Food and various booths along Main Street will offer something for everyone. |

Residential Fall Clean Up has been scheduled for the week of October 17 - 23, 2010 Dumpsters wil be located at the City Public Works building @ 11 High School Court for your use during that time. Remember, NO tires, NO liquids, and NO appliances.
An extra trash collection is scheduled for Saturday, October 23rd. |
